I am a freelance Programmer/Game Designer and I offer my services on the following:

• Custom Game Modding
Unity based, viability will really depend on the game, lets talk about it and figure out a way to do what you want!
• Game Development
Usually I work with PC games (Unity based or just plain C++ and SDL/custom engines) or Retro Consoles (3DO, Playdate, Playstation, Gameboy, NES)
• Programming
Im an expert in C and C++, I know a lot of other languages though, the only ones that I dont feel really confident in using are the functional ones, I can help you with debugging some particular nasty problem, conversions from old library versions, new functionalities to open source software, you name it! If its programming related I can do it!
• Retro Computing/Gaming Consultancy
A lot of the work I do is Retro-Based, I worked on a museum fixing old computers, made games for old consoles, wrote software for DOS, so if you have something you need doing that is in anyway related to old computers and videogames, I'm your guy
• Hardware Modding
I have worked with modifying toys and hardware, need someone to change the lines of audio on the new Teddy Ruxpin? I did that once!

All jobs will require some talking and figuring out in regards to cost, since the scope and challenge can vary a lot, harder and larger is more expensive obviously :)
